Standard Cleaning
The reset you'd do yourself with three free hours. Floors, dust, trash, sinks, mirrors, toilets.
Including the parts most cleaning quotes leave vague until someone is standing in your kitchen. Residential and commercial cleaning from Arlington and McLean down to Fredericksburg, priced from photos of your actual home.

Four things move your price. Nothing else gets added on the day.
Some price themselves from your home size, some from what you tell us about the job. Where a job genuinely varies too much to guess at, we quote it once we’ve seen photos — we’d rather say that than post a number we can’t hold.

The reset you'd do yourself with three free hours. Floors, dust, trash, sinks, mirrors, toilets.

Standard, plus the four places buildup actually hides: shower and tub, inside the fridge, inside the oven, baseboards.

Empty house, hard deadline. We work to your walkthrough date, not our calendar.

Offices, studios and small storefronts. One-off, or on a schedule — after hours if that's easier.

Traffic lanes, bedrooms, and the strip inside the front door. Tell us how many rooms and the price is on the page.

Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer or dryer — inside and out. Pick what you need and the price is on the page.

Wash, dry and fold — using your machines, so nothing ever leaves the house. Add it to a clean, or book it on its own.
All of it from your phone, no phone tag. The one thing worth knowing: picking a date sends a request, not a confirmation. A person looks at every job before it’s booked.
Service, home size, condition. Takes about two minutes, and you'll see a range straight away if your layout is on our list.
This is what turns a range into a real number. Your photos are stored privately, used to price and plan your job, and never published.
Tell us when suits. Nothing is held yet — you're asking, and we'll come back to you either way.
Final price and time confirmed. A $75 deposit holds the slot and comes off your total. Balance is due after the clean.
These are the three layouts we quote most often, published in full. If your home isn’t one of them, you won’t get an invented number — we’ll price it by hand from your photos.
| Home size | Standard Cleaning | Deep Cleaning |
|---|---|---|
| Apartment / small homeStudio to 2 bedroom | $150 – $200 | $250 – $350 |
| 3 bed / 2 bath | $220 – $275 | $350 – $425 |
| 4 bed / 3.5 bath | $250 – $325 | $450 – $550 |
Here it is in full. If something you need isn’t on the left-hand list, it isn’t quietly assumed — add it to your quote and we’ll price it properly. Nobody discovers a gap on the day.

We clean appliances. We do not take them apart, and we do not repair them.

We do laundry and cleaning, and only that. Anything on this list we will tell you about rather than attempt.
We work across Northern Virginia and the Fredericksburg region — from Arlington, McLean and Tysons in the north, down through Woodbridge and Stafford, to Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania.
About 45 minutes up I-95 or the Beltway from us, outside rush hour.
Halfway between the two ends, and the part of the run we know best.
Home. Shortest notice and the most flexibility on timing.
Somewhere in between and not on the list? Call or start a quote — we’ll tell you in a sentence rather than making you fill out a form to find out.
The things people usually find out too late.
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. The published ranges are starting estimates for standard layouts. Your final number depends on size, condition, buildup, your photos and any add-ons — and you see and approve it before you pay anything beyond the deposit.
Because the gap between what a customer pictures and what a cleaner quoted is where almost every bad day in this business starts. Writing it down costs us a few upsells and saves everyone the argument.
If the place is kept up and you want it reset, Standard. If you're looking at soap scum, an oven you've been avoiding, or dust along the baseboards, Deep. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly which one you need — including when it's the cheaper one.
They're stored privately and used only to price and plan your job. They aren't published, put in a gallery, or shown to anyone outside the business without you saying yes first.
Not when you submit it. Choosing a day sends a request. We review the job, confirm the final price and time, and only then is the slot yours. You hear back either way — we don't leave requests sitting.
It holds your confirmed slot and comes straight off your total — it isn't an extra fee. The balance is due after the clean. If we turn the job down after you've paid, you get all $75 back.
No. Plenty of customers arrange access and get on with their day. Tell us your preference when you pick a date and we'll work to it.
Yes — offices, studios and small storefronts, one-off or recurring, after hours if that suits. Commercial spaces vary far too much for a published range, so those are always quoted from photos.
Yes, as Carpet Refresh — traffic lanes, bedrooms and move-outs. Tell us how many rooms and whether there are stairs and the price is on the page before you send anything. Past six rooms, or where carpet needs restoring rather than cleaning, we quote it by hand.
Emailed automatically once payment clears, itemised with what was done and what was paid.
About four minutes on your phone. You’ll see a range before you send anything and a final price before you pay anything.
